Molinos de Viento is a Spanish language institute that has been rooted in Amsterdam for over 25 years. We are known for the variety and quality of our courses and the friendly and open atmosphere in our centre.

Spanish for English speakers

For those students that prefer to study in English rather than Dutch, we offer the beginners course Spanish for English speakers: 'Básico Inglés'. In this course you will complete the level Básico 1 together with other non-Dutch students.

In all the courses after Básico 1 the main language spoken in class is Spanish. Those students that have completed the course Básico Inglés or that already have some knowledge of the Spanish language, can subscribe for higher level groups. Nevertheless, when you already have some knowledge of the Spanish language and you did not follow Básico Inglés in our centre, we recommend you to fill in this test that will enable us to learn more about your level. We will contact you about the result.

Courses

Classes are 1.5 hours, once a week, during 11 weeks.

The price of the course Básico Inglés is € 185,-.
An administration fee of 10,- is charged to your first inscription at Molinos de Viento.
The course fee does not include books. The beginner’s course uses the book Avance Elemental (€ 26,-) and the Compendio Básico Inglés (€ 10,-). Both are for sale at our school.
