In addition to offering Spanish language courses in Amsterdam, Molinos de Viento also encompasses a variety of educational initiatives and organizations. We are actively involved in projects focused on educational development, international collaboration, and the use of innovative learning methods.
Europass Teacher Academy
Molinos de Viento is the Dutch branch of Europass Teacher Academy, one of Europe’s largest providers of training and professional development for teachers. Through this partnership, we offer courses and training programs to education professionals from different countries, focusing on current themes and challenges in education.
Alongside our team of Spanish teachers, we work with an international team of trainers and experts. They specialize in topics such as:
• AI and technology in education
• Deep Democracy en inclusive decision-making
• 21st-century skills (such as critical thinking and collaboration)
• Motivation and learning psychology
• Intercultural communication and classroom diversity

Erasmus+ Projects
Molinos de Viento participates in several Erasmus+ KA2-projects, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. These projects focus on educational innovation and collaboration between schools and institutions across Europe.
PersonaLingua (launched in May 2025)
PersonaLingua is an AI-based platform in development for adult language education. The platform automatically matches learners with learning materials that align with their language level, learning goals, and specific learning needs.
A key part of the design is supporting learners with learning difficulties or learning disorders. The system can offer targeted additional exercises and materials based on individual learner profiles. We are currently working on the development and testing of the platform together with our Spanish teachers and a group of students.
The project is carried out in collaboration with a Cypriot school specializing in Greek language education and a development team in Cyprus. Our end goal is to make the platform freely available to other language education institutions, making language learning more personalized, accessible, and effective.
BRIDGE (starting November 2025)
From November 2025, we will participate in the BRIDGE project, which focuses on addressing polarized and sensitive topics in secondary education. Within BRIDGE we are developing a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) and a teacher training program that provide practical tools for teachers to address such topics in a constructive and safe way in the classroom.
For this project, we are collaborating with the Italian headquarters of Europass Teacher Academy, a secondary school in Germany, and a school in Spain.

Room2Learn
Room2Learn is also part of Molinos de Viento. In our building, we rent out spaces to organizations and companies for workshops, trainings, meetings, and recordings.
